Broke local area transfers - Return

Exclusive Broke to Pokolbin and surrounding area - Return

1- 4 guests $160 flat rate

5+ $35 per person

"The Verdelho Express" - Friday and Saturday Night Broke to Pokolbin - Return

We have a bus service that runs on most Friday and Saturday nights (depending on demand) from Broke to Pokolbin.

The bus will pick up from your Broke property or the Broke Village Store and drop off at Harrigans Irish Pub,  Hunter Valley Gardens , The Cellar restuarant and Steak House restaurant Grand Mecure,  Goldfish Cocktail Lounge and Oishi Resturant,

The bus leaves Broke between 6.15pm and 6.45pm and returns from Pokolbin between 10.30pm and 11.00pm.   

Broke General Store pick up and drop off $20 per person
Property Door to Door $25 per person 
If you require a specific destination in the Pokolbin area please add $5 per person to the per person rate.

Concert Transfers

We pick you up from the property and return you safe and sound after the concert.  

Remember it is a good idea to book a transfer as our buses get preferential parking and also are able to leave by the bus exit at the end of the concert so no waiting around.

Concert Transfers door to door to Hope Estate, Bimbadgen Estate or Tyrells are charged at $35 per person from Broke and Luskintyre properties, $25 per person from Hermitage Road and Lovedale properties and  $20 per person for  Pokolbin properties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full tariff is required on credit card when the booking is made to secure the booking. Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Payment will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days of the transfer date. A full refund less a $30 administration fee is available if a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the tour. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the tour or numbers reduce no refund is available.  Also if numbers of passengers in the transfer are significantly reduced, the price may be varied. 

Circumstances may require us to alter itineraries and fares without notice. Tours in the Vines reserves the right to vary or cancel tours or part thereof due to weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control. Tours in the Vines will not be responsible or liable for death, injury or illness of any passenger or of any loss or damage to any property. Minimum passenger numbers may apply.The driver may at any time refuse to carry any person who in the drivers’ opinion exhibits unacceptable behaviour.

Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed on the buses by order of the Department of Transport.
