Events in the Vines

Are you looking for somewhere different for your next event? We can accommodate up to 30 people in comfort for company off-sites, planning sessions, small conferences or special events. We utilise our unique Hunter Valley properties to provide both great accommodation and stylish venues to bring out the most in your team.  All our houses are tastefully decorated with style and comfort in mind and are surrounded by the beauty of the Hunter Valley  winegrowing region.

You may want to have your meeting, conference or event at the house where you are staying or if your group is larger we can offer you a selection of intimate venues including an Australian country church, barrel room or cellar door on a local vineyard. We even have a dedicated boardroom suitable for up to 12 people which inlcudes  a LCD large screen TV for presentations.

Full catering options and delegate packages are available. This luxurious accommodation and relaxed atmosphere will make your next conference or event something to remember. Each house has a different bedding configuration to suit single or multiple guests within a room. All our houses are within a 5 minute drive of each other, with some adjacent to each other.

We can provide professional facilitation, mediation, coaching and training if required. Corporate team building and a selection of activities can be tailored to the individual needs and budget of your group. Additional activities such as golf, winery tours and wine/olive tastings can also be arranged.
