RidgeView Restaurant utilizes fresh seasonal produce from the on-site kitchen garden and local growers to produce our signature Meze, a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired feast comprising up to 15 dishes over 4 courses. Henri’s Brasserie is situated in the CBD of Singleton. Fresh produce is integral to the restaurant’s success. Everything on the menu is made on the premises, from the bread to the tomato paste.
