Packages for your conference or meeting

Events in the Vines offers flexible planning and first class facilities to accommodate from 4-30 delegates with comfort. If you have any questions please call our office on 0488881100, one of our consultants will be more than happy to help.

Accommodation Packages

One night Only

Single $180 pp pn (own room)
Twin Share $90pp pn (shared room with 2 single beds or use of sofa bed)

Two night plus

Single $165 pp pn (own Room)
Twin Share $80 pp pn (shared room with 2 single beds or use of sofa bed)

Accommodation rates and use of the property is for any 24 hour period. If you wish to continue to use the facilities past checkout time there is a day conference rate of $500 per property giving you a checkout time for the day of 7pm on the day of departure.

We offer a selection of additional menu and refreshment options should you wish to upgrade your conference package.

Upgrades to delegate packages - Our chef can consult on a menu to suit your specific needs

Catering Packages

All our catering packages and menus can be tailored to your tastes and preferences.

Self Catering

Full self catering is available for groups of 10 delegates and under.
If group size is 11 delegates or more we allow breakfast self- catering in the individual houses (not as a group) and day delegate self catering however there is a $25 per person per day or part thereof service charge which includes delivery of crockery and glassware and cleaning.   
Dinner self catering is available for these larger groups only by purchasing the BBQ packs option which includes delivery of food, crockery and glassware and one Events in the Vines co-ordinator. Delegates can cook and serve their own BBQ. Selection of location for self catering and conferencing is at discretion of Events in the Vines.

Breakfast

The price of breakfast includes delivery to each house and clean up.

Continental - $15 per person - includes cereal, toast & Jam,  juice & milk.
Continental Plus - $20 per person - as above plus fresh fruit and yogurt.
Full Cooked - $25 per person - as above plus bacon and fresh farm eggs, with oven roasted tomatoes and local sausages. Cooked breakfast is served at ONE of the houses only, for all delegates.
Working Breakfast $22 per person - fruit juices, freshly baked banana bread, muffins and pastries, bircher muesli, seasonal fresh fruit platter. Working breakfast is served at ONE of the houses only, for all delegates.

Lunch only (no delegate packages)

Gourmet wraps and sandwiches plus juice $20 per person
Seasonal Fruit platter $10 per person.
BBQ cooked lunch chefs selection of assorted meats and gourmet salads plus fruit platter plus $40 per person
Two course cooked lunch - selection of menus available - $40 per person
Antipasto platter $13 per person
Cheese Platter $13 per person

Pre Dinner

Wine and olive and oils tastings - complimentary

Dinner - In House

Served at ONE of the houses only, for all delegates. Chef will prepare serve and clean up.

2 course dinner - $65 per person
3 course dinner - $80 per person

Full gourmet BBQ - $50 per person
Self catering BBQ Packs - $35 per perspn

BYO Wine packages from cellar door $25 per person
Our local wineries and cellar doors will look at your chosen menu and select the appropriate wines to compliment the cuisine including dessert wines. 

Any formal or informal function or event where delegates are gathering at one property is prohibited after midnight unless otherwise agreed with Events in the Vines.

Off Site Winery Dinner

3 course dinner - $80 per person
3 course dinner with matching local wine - $105 per person (includes complimentary port/liqueur)
Return transfer (if required) $20 per person

Off Site 3 course Pizza making dinner $40 per person

Themed dinners or special location dinners available on request.
